Privacy
This notice describes what this website actually does with information today.
What the forms collect
The brain dump form, the &ai intake, the speaking and event intake, the API group list, and the book list collect only the fields shown on each form: your name, your email address, and, where asked, your company or organization, event details and your written answers.
When you submit a form, a private backup is stored in Lovable Cloud with separate notification and confirmation delivery statuses. Its contents are also sent as an email to John at solutionsandspaces@gmail.com so he can read it and reply. You receive a confirmation email through Lovable’s managed email service. Your written answers are not included in that confirmation. There are no accounts and no payments on this site.
The brain dump form also accepts one optional document or image. It is stored privately with your inquiry. John’s notification includes a download link that expires after seven days. Anyone with that link can download the file until it expires. The file is not included in your confirmation email and remains stored privately after the link expires.
The API group and book lists
Joining either list means John will email you about that one thing: the next API group or updates about the book. It does not sign you up for a general newsletter. To be removed, email solutionsandspaces@gmail.com and ask.
Scheduling
Booking links open Calendly, a separate scheduling service with its own privacy policy. After the &ai or speaking intake, your name and email are passed to Calendly to fill in the booking form. Your written answers are not. Submitting an intake does not book a meeting.
Remembering the welcome
Your browser stores a small note that you have seen the welcome screen, so it is not shown again. It stays on your device and is not sent anywhere. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
InFocus
The InFocus sign-up and sign-in links open the separate InFocus app, which has its own terms and privacy information.
